Missing Angel Marie Phelps

Brown hair, blue/hazel eyes. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Phelps was last seen at her parents' home in the 100 block of Palmetto in North Augusta, South Carolina on November 24, 2011. She disappeared and that day and was never seen again. Phelps had a somewhat transient lifestyle at the time of her disappearance and had been in minor trouble with the law. She sometimes stayed in the Warrenville, South Carolina area. She didn't have a driver's license or a car, and was known to hitchhike. Phelps had always contacted her loved ones at Christmas, but none of them heard from her after her November 2011 disappearance. The police received information that she was dead, but none of the tips have been verified. Todd Brown is considered a person of interest in Phelps's disappearance; they had been dating and he was the last person known to have seen her. Phelps's mother stated after her daughter's disappearance, Brown never assisted with the search or even reached out to her family to see if they'd heard anything. In 2014, Brown was charged with the murder of another young woman, his ex-girlfriend. He ultimately pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 38 years in prison.Authorities haven't been able to tie Brown to Phelps's case, however; it remains unsolved.
