Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian female. Brown hair, brown eyes. Sica has the following tattoos: a panther on the outside of her left thigh, a woman on the outside of her right thigh, a moon on her left shoulder, a sun on her right shoulder, and an ankh on the back of her neck. She abruptly moved out of her apartment at The Overlook on Sparkman Drive that month and has never been heard from again. Her family reported her missing in October. A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
