Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Koch was last seen at a trailer park in Ravenna, Ohio at 3:30 p.m. on July 14, 1983, as he was completing his paper route. Two children in the area saw him talking to a Caucasian man in a blue compact car. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
