Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Kinner was last seen in Washington, Missouri at 11:00 p.m. on March 3, 2004. He left his mother's home in the 700 block of Fremont Street after telling his mother he was going to go jump in the river. He called his wife and told her the same thing. Kinner left behind all his personal belongings and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
