Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Brockbank was employed as a casino dealer on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines ship Azure in 1991. He was last seen on March 23, 1991, five hours after his ship left San Pedro, California for Catalina Island. He was discovered missing at 4:00 p.m., after he didn't show up for his shift at work.
Brockbank has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. A person may go missing through a voluntary disappearance, or else due to an accident, crime, death in a location where they cannot be found (such as at sea), or many other reasons.
