Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian male. Brown hair, green eyes. Roche has tattoos on his arms, chest, back and legs. Photos of some of his tattoos are posted with this case summary. He had a long beard at the time of his disappearance.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Roche was last seen in the Siuslaw National Forest south of Portland, Oregon on August 14, 2017. He was living in his car, a green and black Nissan Xterra with the Wyoming license plate number 2598-18, and expected to travel between Oregon and northern California. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case. Larimar County, Colorado police are investigating.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known.
