Brown hair, green eyes. Tessman has a tattoo of the word "GHOST" on his back. He was staying at the East Oakland Community Project, a homeless shelter in the 7500 block of International Boulevard. He used public transportation or a skateboard to get around, and he enjoyed visiting the Washington Park area in Alameda, California. Tessman is originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho; he moved away from there in 2016. His family lives in Clayton, Idaho. Custer County, Idaho police are investigating his case, which remains unsolved.
