Description, clothing, jewerly and more : A navy blue men's zip-up waist-length windbreaker jacket with one pocket on each side, a blue scoop-neck shirt with white buttons up the front and a white front yoke with a design of red, yellow and brown flowers, brown dress slacks, tan size 6N shoes with two-inch heels, and rings on her fingers. Carrying a small brown leather shoulder purse.
Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : Caucasian female. Light brown hair, brown eyes. Peggy occasionally wears eyeglasses with round lenses and gold metal frames. She has a strawberry birthmark on her neck above the hairline.





Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Peggy was last seen in the area of Guerneville Road and Coddling Town Mall in Sonoma County, California on March 1, 1974. She may have been hitchhiking at the time of her disappearance. She has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case.

A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are not known. While criminal abductions are some of the most widely reported missing person cases, these account for only 2�5% of missing children in Europe. By contrast, some missing person cases remain unresolved for many years. Laws related to these cases are often complex since, in many jurisdictions, relatives and third parties may not deal with a person's assets until their death is considered proven by law and a formal death certificate issued. The situation, uncertainties, and lack of closure or a funeral resulting when a person goes missing may be extremely painful with long-lasting effects on family and friends.
