Medical conditions : Pattan is mentally disabled and functions at the level of a ten- or eleven-year-old child, and his disability makes him very trusting and gives him a false sense of reality. He may be in need of medical attention. Distinguishing characteristics, birthmarks, tattoos : African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Pattan wears eyeglasses. Information on the case from local sources, may or may not be correct : Pattan was last seen walking out of his apartment in the 2700 block of Waggoner Avenue near Hearne Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana at 11:30 p.m. on January 22, 2019. He has never been heard from again. Prior to his disappearance, he had made statements about the world ending. His family reported him missing on January 24.
